ENDURA WELLNESS LTD (“Endura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Endura mobile application and this checkout site (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. By using Endura, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Endura is a sexual wellness coaching application for adults 18 and older. We take the sensitivity of this subject matter and your data extremely seriously.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information:

• Your date of birth (stored on your device)
• Confirmations with timestamps that you are 18+, accepted our Terms of Service and Health & Wellness Waiver
• Your annual renewal date (stored on your device) to schedule local renewal reminders
• Your onboarding answers, messages to Coach Maya, and chat history (stored on your device, encrypted)
• Feedback text you choose to submit after exercises, stored without any identifier
• When you check out on this site: your email address and payment details, processed by Paddle (see below)

2. How We Use Your Information

Data stored on your device is used to power your coaching experience:

• Your onboarding answers personalize Coach Maya's responses.
• Your messages to Coach Maya are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing to generate coaching responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they process your messages.

On our servers, we use:

• Consent timestamps for legal compliance and subscription eligibility audits.
• Your annual renewal date to schedule a local on-device renewal reminder.
• Your daily token usage to manage costs and prevent abuse.
• Your checkout email and subscription status to activate and manage your access.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers:

• Anthropic (USA): Processes your messages to generate Coach Maya responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Paddle.com Market Limited (UK): Processes payments for web purchases made on this site, acting as merchant of record. Paddle receives your email, payment details, and billing address. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat (USA): Manages subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase (Japan): Hosts our database and stores exercise media. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• PostHog (USA): Collects usage data linked to your app install ID. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry (Germany): Collects error logs and crash reports. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

All data stored on your device can be deleted using the delete account button in the App settings.

We retain certain data on our servers as needed to comply with legal requirements, fulfill contractual obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — View all data stored on your device
• Correct — Update or amend any inaccuracies
• Delete — Remove all your data using the delete account button in App settings
• Withdraw Consent — Stop using the app at any time
• Restrict Processing — Limit how your data is used by deleting the app
• Lodge a Complaint — File a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority

Certain data retained for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes cannot be deleted, as permitted under applicable law.

6. Children's Privacy

Endura is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and will delete such data promptly if we become aware of it.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and United Kingdom. We apply appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data is protected.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
